Ernest Edwards (contact) serves as President of AREDI.  As a Landscape Architect, (Rutgers University, 1969) Mr. Edwards’ expertise in land design and land development gives AREDI an advantage during the land acquisition and site development phase of its operations.  Mr. Edwards has founded and served as a principal in several real estate development and construction companies, most notably being a general partner in Sarshik & Edwards, a firm selected by Princeton University to design and construct 600 units on the University’s Forrestal campus.  Throughout his 30 years in the industry, he built such projects as The Gallery II Shopping Mall and J.C. Penney Department Store (Philadelphia, PA), The Golden Nugget Hotel/Casino Warehouse and The Harrah’s Marina Expansion Project (Atlantic City, NJ), and Stenton Arms Apartments (Rehab) and Cecil B. Moore Homes (Philadelphia, PA), as well as Warwick Hills (Lawnside, NJ), his first development in 1974.  He is responsible for land acquisition, site approval and site development, as well as secure financing and joint venture partnerships for new business development and is a NJ licensed Realtor.
Tamida Edwards (contact) serves as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.  In this role, she supervises all aspects of day-to-day logistics and monitors all construction details for each project.  Additionally, she is responsible for the fiscal management of AREDI, including accounting and banking relationships, accounts payable and receivable, bookkeeping, cash flow analysis, and financial forecasts.  She brings years of management experience from the financial industry.  At Bank of America, she assisted clients with bankruptcy and debt management.  With Delaware Investments, she performed daily and monthly cash reconciliation reports and oversaw account activity on mutual funds.  She obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of California - Los Angeles and her Masters in Business Administration from LaSalle University in Philadelphia, PA. She is a NJ licensed Realtor and a member of South Jersey Builder's League.
Gregory B. Montgomery, Esq. (contact) serves as Vice President and General Counsel.  His responsibilities include negotiating and drafting joint venture, general and limited partnership agreements, contractor and subcontractor agreements; documenting corporate organization and capitalization; preparing business plans, loan packages, venture capital proposals and private placement memoranda; preparing documentation for and conducting residential and commercial mortgage closings; organizing homeowner associations; representing the company before planning and zoning boards; preparing syndication documentation; preparing planned unit development and condominium disclosure and public offering statements; and handling contractor dispute resolution. Mr. Montgomery is a graduate of Rutgers University, J.D., 1975, B.A. 1968 and his Bar Admission in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, before both the Supreme Courts and the U.S. District Courts.
Cappy Sabir (contact) serves as Vice President for Architecture and Engineering. His responsibilities include overseeing the design and planning of all company projects, in addition to remaining a managing partner with the Sabir Design Group, LLC., Mr. Sabir served as chief designer and team leader of design engineers responsible for the design and overall coordination of mechanical, electrical, fire protection, plumbing and telecommunications systems for commercial, institutional and high residential applications before forming his own company which was recently acquired by AREDI. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the States of New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and a licensed Registered Architect in the State of New Jersey.
Qamara Edwards (contact) serves as Vice President of Sales and Customer Relations. Before joining Aredi Homes, she compiled market research reports for the Cingular Wireless team at Ketcham Public Relations in Chicago, IL. She honed her marketing and sales skills with Crawley, Haskins, and Sloan (Philadelphia, PA) and The Meridian Group (Virginia Beach, VA), where previous clients included The Philadelphia Coca-Cola Bottling Company and STIHL. In her current position, she works closely with each buyer to ensure complete customer satisfaction, from their initial inquiry to settlement. Furthermore, she communicates directly with each contractor's sales representative to maintain the high level of quality of products offered in each home. Ms. Edwards sits on the Board of Directors for the Builder's League of South Jersey and the New Jersey Builder's Association. She completed her undergraduate work at Northwestern University with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications and is a licensed NJ Realtor.

Tariq Edwards (contact) serves as Vice President of Construction.  He has been with the company since its inception and handles all aspects of the construction management process.  His responsibilities include scheduling all subcontractors, expediting the shipment of all materials, and coordinating inspections with municipal, county, and state building officials.  Inventory control and quality control are also areas under his purview.  In addition, he provides the main office with daily progress reports, updated schedules, and facilitates work/change orders received from the senior project manager.  He received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Rutgers University and worked in his chosen field of Exercise Science at Kaiserman JCC (Wynnewood, PA) and Betty and Milton Katz JCC (Cherry Hill, NJ); as well as The Bancroft House (Haddonfield, NJ) and Doman Diagnostic, LLC (Moorestown, NJ) prior to joining the family business in 1998. He is a NJ licensed Realtor.
Renée LaFargue (contact) serves as a consultant to AREDI in the area of marketing and research. She is currently the President and Broker for ShowHome Realty, Inc. based in Lawnside, New Jersey. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the National Association of Real Estate Brokers, and the National Association of Home Builders' Sales and Marketing Council. Ms. LaFargue is a principal in One Global Internet, Inc., a firm specializing in e-commerce, publishing, internet marketing and virtual real estate. Previously, Ms. LaFargue was president of CompuMedia, Inc. and has developed sales and marketing strategies for several companies, including those in the field of telecommunications, health care, publishing, and real estate, particularly residential new home sales. Ms. LaFargue received her Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University.

Zaki Edwards (contact) serves as Vice President of Creative Services. As such, he is responsible for designing and maintaining the company's websites for its various projects. He also designs and generates computer graphics used in the company's marketing campaigns. He has over ten years of experience in web development. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Old Dominion University and is a NJ licensed Realtor.
